Moroz V. Diagnostics and treatment of local radiation injuries after radiotherapy and radiation accidents

The work contains theoretical and practical results of the research in the field of diagnostics and therapy of local radiation injuries. It has been defined that in the pathogenesis a stable disorder in phosphatides metabolism and function of cell membranes is of great value that may play a defining role in promotion and maintaining of this pathology. For the increased efficiency of treatment it is expedient to use a two stage scheme of diagnostics. At the first stage (screening) the most simple, of limited invasion and of the most informing methods of radiation diagnostics are used, and at the second stage (specification) it is expedient to execute additional diagnostic investigations correspondent to the tasks of concrete clinical case and considering the data of the first stage. The new developed methods of diagnostics can supply the valuable additional information. The role of the known methods of surgical treatment was specified, the optimization of some of them in compliance with features of mode rn types of radiation injuries is carried out and also the new ones are developed, in particular, intended specially for therapy of the associated type of local injuries, at which the simultaneous multiorgan affection appears.
