Significance of obligative microflora status in the appreciation of early adaptive period in children and facultative flora like indicator of epidemic troubles in obstetrical clinics have been established by prolonged monitoring. It was evaluated that the forms of mother and child staying in the clinic and bacterial contamination of breast milk have an influence on formation of the microflora. Efficiency of the probiotics selected by their antagonistic activity was demonstrated in nosocomial outbreak and cases of hospital strains circulation in obstetrical institutions was proved. It was also demonstrated that it is inexpedient to investigate intestinal microflora of healthy children and use "disbiosis" like clinical diagnosis. Some changes of the intestinal microflora and immunological signs in children from radioactive supervised territories reflects the homeostasis violations. It was recommended to use probiotics and bioregulators adaptogenes in treatment. Connection between internal radinuclides exposure and conditions of microbiocenosis was proved experimentaly.
