Garkava K. The role of lymphocytic chalones in realization of immune homeostasis.

It has studied in thesis the peculiarities of immunologic reactivity and lymphocyte cell membranes state changes at lymphocytic chalones application, obtained from the different lymphocyte populations, and chalones with phase cell specificity. It was elaborated new direction-the determination of lymphocytic chalone system state at norm and different diseases of organisms for the grounds of state of different links of immune system and its potential possibilities in general for immunocorrection, diagnostics and prophylaxis. It was worked out new method of definition of heaviness degree of acute radiation disease and state of immune system at other illnesses. It was established lymphocytic chalones had both phase specificity and narrow cell one. At base of high antioxidant properties of lymphocytic chalones it was substantiated a possibility of using of chalones as natural antioxidants. It was offered to use lymphocytic chalones as diagnostic preparation for estimation of disorders in immune system. The base results have finded application in laboratories of scientific- research institutes, clinic and higher educational establishments.
