Essay

The tesis is devoted to a surdical treatment of the patients with chronic non-cholesteatoma otitis media and chronic cholesteatomas otitis media. The original ear drops for treatment the patients before tympanoplasty were created. The functional advantage of the closed tympanoplasty in comparison with open tympanoplasty and mastoidoplasty is proved in acoustic experiment. The new method of the closed tympanoplasty with posterior canal wall reconstruction is proposed.
