Essay

It was established, that the changes of activity, localisation and physicochemical properties of lysosomal cysteine cathepsins B,L,Н in various brain regions and in blood serum testify to characteristic differences in a system of proteolysis under effect of the total 50, 100, 200 Gy and under total single and fractional irradiation by 0,25 Gy dose. Irradiation and effect of x-ray irradiation and the hypoxia lead to opposite changes of cathepsins activity in a tumor and tissues of that rats. These alteration is depend on changes of a radiation dose and condition, of tumor growth stage and effect of x-ray destruction of tumors.
