Butkevych O. Intellectualization of dispatching systems of territorially allocated electrical power objects

The object of research - territorially allocated electrical power objects. The purpose of research - the theory development, principles determination, models, methods and algorithms intelligent systems construction for efficient solution of dispatching problems of territorially allocated electrical power objects and efficiency increase of operational-technological management of power engineering in Ukraine. Research methods - system analysis elements, theories of electrical circuits, information, graphs, fuzzy sets, mathematical logic, methods of diakoptics, nonlinear mathematical programming and artificial intelligence. Theoretical results and novelty - the principles are determined, methodological bases, models and methods of dispatching systems intellectualization of territorially allocated electrical power objects are elaborated. Practical results - the efficiency increase problem of dispatching of electrical power engineering is formulated, generalized and solved. The obtained results application provided creation of the integrated hybrid systems (which are capable for models adaptation) for complex electrical grid dispatch problems solution. The object and stage of installation - microprocessor devices and software systems for solution of dispatching problems are installed in electrical grids of Ukraine and Russia. The branches of using - dispatching in power engineering.
