The new and improved methods of operative and conservative treatment of lower extremi-ties arteriosclerosis occlusions were investigated. In reconstructive interventions on proximal segment of popliteal artery the use of half-closed desobliteration was optimized and methods of not enough invasive thromboendarteriectomies with the follow up implantation of intraluminal prosthesis were worked out. The effectiveness of alloplastic material use in shunting of distal segment of popliteal and tibial arteries was investigated, the ways of prosthesis functioning improvement and decreasing of the rate of its thrombosis in the past period were worked out. When reconstructive intervention is impossible the conseption of the use of pathogenetically ground influence on regional blood circulation using original methods of local correction of endothelial dysfunction, variations of hemodilutions and not enough invasive lumbal chemical sympathicolisis were formatted. It is used in medicine.
