Essay

The results of complex investigations of the properties of three-dimensional polymer mixtures - interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) of different types: filled, gradient, ionomercontaining are presented. The general regularities of formation of the IPN of different types were established and the methods of managing their properties were found. It was shown that the microphase separation of components , that depends on the thermodynamic compatibility of the IPN components, correlation of the network formation rates and variation of the correlation of the IPN components, is the major factor of the IPN formation.
