In the thesis the results of examinations of formation mechanisms, structure, stability both dynamics of layers of a spatial charge in gas-discharge beam-plasma systems are given which have allowed to establish new physical legitimacies in the processes of formation, acceleration and transportation of charged particle beams and to develop methods of guidance of performances of charged particle streams. The results of examinations give a basis for development modern plasma technological equipment.
