It have been defend oneself 61 scientific works wich represent results of clinical-statistic researches of 37732 traumas cases of maxillo-facial area, detailed analysis of 2527 illnesses histories of victims, functionally-diagnostic researches in 396 men. Differentiated clinical-statistic information wich reflect a level, structure and basic tendencies of maxillo-facial traumatism in large industrial centre of Ukraine - Donetsk in 1990 - 1999 is obtained. Basic regularities of changes of bioelectrical activity of facial and masticatory muscles as a result of traumatic injuries of facial skull are established. It has been established a diagnostic value of methods complex of electromyography researches and information value of separate electromyogrammas parameters attached to diverse kinds bones injuries of facial skull.
