Pylypenko P. The Theoretical Problems of labor Relations in the Process of Market Economy Formation in Ukraine.

The labor relations are seen as a complex of social-labor relations, which are being regulated by labor law norms. The Author researches the present situation of labor law of Ukraine, and underlines, that its several institutes must be revised in the process of transferring to market economy. The thesis contains definitions of a subject, methods and principles of labor law, it also shows its importance in the national legal system. The Author also gives a solving of the problem of legal capacity of the labor subjects - employers, employees, trade unions, labor collectives. The problems of labor contract and other juridical facts are being solved.
