The work is devoted to the problem of a new kind of The work is devoted to the problem of a new kind of basements creation, study of interaction of combined massive- plate foundations with the ground base and development of resource saving calculation methods and reliable foundations designing at action of various loads. The results of experimental researches, large-scale models tests, numerical and analytical analysis of deformed condition of such foundations and bases are given. On the basis of the theory of mathematical programming the algorithms and programs for optimum design of foundations under dynamic and static load are developed. The deformations of the foundation under temperature influences are considered.
