Object of investigation: technological processes of synthesis of the Ba(1-x)SrXNb2O6 (BSNO), La3Ga5SiO14 (LGSO), Li6GdB3O9 (LiGBO) compouds, of single crystal growth and production of crystalline elements. Methods of investigation: differentional - thermal, x-ray structural, electrical, optical and radiometrical. Theoretical and practical results: working out of scientific bases for technology of creation of large-size single crystals; proposed are original methods for controlling thermal conditions; dependence between quality, parameters and conditions producing methods of the single crystals has been establisched; influence of impurities, growth medium, annealing and radiation on crystal properties has been investigated (Na, K with Gd (Eu) - BSNO, Al, Ti - LGSO, Ce - LiGBO); cristalline samples for energy convertor, pyroelectric receivers and optical modulators (BSNO), resonators and filters of BAW and SAW (LGSO), scintillators (LiGBO) have been produced. Field of application: the quantum electronic s, piezoelectric technics, optical and scintillation materials research science.
