The thesis is dedicated to the questions of improvement and optimization treatment and rehabilitation of children with viral hepatitis based on the study of clinical and paraclinical peculiarities of chronic hepatitis В and С in childhood, risk factors of acute hepatitis transformation into chronic one, functional state of the liver, immune and vegetative homeostasis, creation a model for prognosing the probability of acute hepatitis В chronisation, differentiated methods ofpathogenetic treatment in stages and rehabilitation. Results ofclinico-laboratory and instrumental methods of studying children with acute (A, B) and chronic (B, C) hepatitis have been presented in the work.
