Research subjects: 1260 patients with ulcer disease. The purpose of a research: perfecting of efficacy of treatment PUS and PUD in out-patient conditions by a comparative study of regional features of infection and eradication НP-infection at different medical regimens, and also development on this basis of model of an optimum choice of the medical strategy. Methods: conventional medical methods of examination of the patients with digestive diseases, immunological, biochemical, 13С - UBT, morphological, mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the groups of infected by НР in Crimea, presence of an immunodeficien- cy fixed at failure of primary therapy, at long unadhesional ulcers. The most effective antiulcerous schemes are defined according to features of the Crimean region. The economic damage is counted up at noneffective treatment of PU in conditions of hospitals of Crimea and the references about expediency of treatment in out-patient conditions are developed. Novelty of newly-intr oductional: relative efficacy of different triple regimens at the patients with НР ї+) PU of the Crimean region and Kiev for the first time is investigated; the application of a preparation yeast-like RNA - of sodium nucleate in the schemes of triple therapy, and also for prophylaxis and treatment NSUD -gastropathies is scientifically substantiated; the mathematical model of an optimum choice of medical strategy at PU in the Crimean region is developed. Implementation degree: articles, thesis', installation in teaching for higher educate customs. Efficacy: perfecting of PU therapy with the count of regional features and forecast of outcome of therapy with the purpose of application of optimal antihelicobacter strategies, at the expense of that the immediate efficacy of treatment of the patients on 10,1 % rises and the long-term results of treatment are improved.
