3. The complex approach to the strength and durability evaluation of the construction's elements made of anisotropic materials which are weakened by cracks and have typical constructive components such as openings, inclusions, stringers, boundary strengthenings, strengthening rings was stated. In the basis of the approach the following calculating models and methods were used. On the basis of newly introduced concept about the damage of anisotropic materials in the area of predestruction near the crack front, the calculation model for boundary-balanced state of anisotropic plates and beams was developed.
