Savіchuk N. Clinical and pathpgenetic substantiation of complex treatment of chronic candido-herpetic infection in the oral cavity

The dissertation is devoted to study the main pathogenetic mechanisms, which define(determine) character of current chronic candido-herpetic infection of oral cavity ( СНІ ОС ) in children and creation of the program of complex treatment. As a result of analysis of hereditary and exogenic factors influence on disease formation, study of clinical manifestations, state of anti infectious resistance and immuno-endocrinal regulation the algoritnm pathogenesis of СНІ ОС in children has been made. Based on the result of experimental researches, the dynamics of hystomorphological manifestations and immunopathogenesis relapse of candido-herpetic infection has been determined in comparison with mono-formed infections affection of oral cavity. In the condition of preclinical investigation there was determined compatibility, eliminatory and immunomodulatory effeciency of compositions of antifungal and antiviral preparations during the relapse of experimental СНІ ОС. On the basis of the analysis of modern literntre data and results of clyntcal-laboratory researches complex program of treatment chronic candido-herpetic infection of oral cavity has been created in conditions of children stomatology cal clinic and the programe of complex stage-by-stage treatment of СНІ ОС has been made. Use of the program allows to prevent relapses of disease at 72-76 % of the patients.
