Kruglashov A. Political ideas of Mykhailo Drahomanov

Subject of inquiry: Theoretical, scientific, written heritage of M. Drahomanov, his social-political activity. Purpose of inquiry: to analyze political ideas and theoretical concepts of Drahomanow as a phenomenon of social-political life in Ukraine, Russian empire and Austria-Hungary (last decades of XIX century). Results and novelties: Achieved systematic research of Drahomanov's political ideas, discovered actuality and originality of his contribution into political theory, investigated the influence of the scholar on the formation of national ideology, researched his concept of political morality, defined his place in the history of National and Eastern European political thought. Sphere of implementation: outlines and conclusions could be used in the course of democratic political reforms in the state government and self-government of Ukraine, and in the Universities' courses and specialized courses.
