Essay

Epidemiological peculiarities of circulation of leptospirosis in endemic region are established. Rheological properties of blood, state on different levels of bloodstream were studied. Method of patients with leptospirosis treatment by donor antileptospiral immunoglobulin and therapy schemes of specific donor immunoglobulin and enterosorbents has been worked out. The effectiveness of leptospirosis severe forms treatment was increased, the lethality was lowered to 8,6 %.
