3. Problem of definition of the SDS of orthtropic shells with apertures. The development of a method of the boundary integrated equations (BIE) for orthtropic shells with slits and cuts of an any configuration, which is based on use of the theory of the generalized functions and of two-dimensional integral Fourier transformation. The new approaches to construction of system BIE are offered. The new classes of tasks are solved, the program complexes for performance of accounts in a wide range of parameters are created; the new laws of influence of elastic properties of a material and geometrical parameters on redistribution of the indignant SDS are received; the error of application of the theory special orthtropy is investigated at the decision of tasks for orthtropic shells with slits and cuts. Spheres of application - units- and machine-building area of an industry.
