The object of study - steady state low-pressure arc discharge. The objective of study is the investigation of new physicals regularities and raise of effectiveness of generation and formation of plasma streams in of stationary low-pressure arc discharge in systems for surface treatment. The methods of the investigations - probes/ mass-spectrometer (plasma); X-ray, microscopes, nuclear methods (surfaces). The processes of generation and shaping streams of particles in stationary low-pressure arc discharge have been investigated.
