Chanysheva G. Collective relations in labour: theoretical and practical problems of law regulation.

The thesis provides coverage of complex research of theoretical and practical issues in legal regulations of collective labour relations sphere under market economy. The dissertation contains definitions of concept and types of collective labour legal relations, includes their systematic-structural analysis. The author examines the role, functions, powers and forms of workers' organizations activities under new social-economic conditions, shows the prospects of their further existence. For the first time in the science of labour law the legal status of employers' organizations as subjects of labour law and collective labour legal relations are being analysed. The concept and principles of social partnership in the sphere of labour are vividly explained, including the characteristics of its organizational-legal forms. Also, for the first time in scientific literature of Ukraine the author investigates the nature, content and principles of realization of collective labour rights with international labourstandards taken into account; the place of the norms regulating collective labour relations in the structure of labour law system in Ukraine is being determined.
