On the basis of examination of 395 married couples with men suffering from neuroasthenia, obscessive-compulsoric and soma-tized distress causes and mechanisms of development of desadapta-tion of married couple and disorders of family functioning were re-vealed at the pathology. Clinical forms of primary sexual disfunc-tion and sexual desadaptation, their relation to different forms of neurotic distress and somatizes distress were studied. Criteria of differential diagnostics of primary and secondary sexual disorders at studied pathology and at various forms of pri-mary sexual disfunction in men and desadaptation of married cou-ples were worked out. A new effective system was proposed for psy-chotherapeutic correction of distress of spouses desadaptation at neurotic and somatized distress in men.
