The object of research: complications of the surgical treatment patients with the rectum cancer. The purpose and methods of examinations: the specify of evidence and work out the effective methods surgical correction of complications sphincter-preserving opera-tions of patients with the rectum cancer. The clinical, laboratory, instrumental, medico-statistical methods. Theoretical results and novelty: dissertation is devoted to actual questions of surgical prophylactics and treat-ment of complications, which occurred due to sphincter-preserving operations in patients with the rectum cancer. Practical results and novelty: developing of a new pro-spective direction of clinical investigations and has proposed an original complex of prophylactic arrangements including highly effective methods of surgical prevention and correction of complications appeared during pre-, intra- and postoperative periods. The subject and degree of an introduction: the basic data of complex a new prospective direction of prophylactic and correction of complications occurred due to surgical treatment of patients with the rectum cancer. Efficiency of an introduction: increase of the efficiency of the surgical treatment of patients with the rectum cancer.
