Honcharenko V. The formation of the world system of credit cooperation: theory, methodology, practice.

The dissertaion research is meant to reveal the fundamental principals, tendencies and trends of the world development of credit cooperation. It is also dedicated to the concepts of formation of the efective cooperative credit system of thrift mobilization in Ukraine meant to facilitate mass access to credit, based on the global experience. The research reveals the non-profit nature of cooperatives, defines theoretical and methodological basics of the formation of rural and municipal credit cooperation models, the piculiarities of their development in various historical and economic environments, and the specific traits of the national system of credit cooperation in various countries. The conceptual ways of formation of national system of credit unions in Ukraine as well as the methodological aspects of the formation of the system of agricaltural cooperative banks have been developed in the research.
