Essay

Dissertation dials with the problems of dynamics of spin system in semiconductors and other solid objects in the conditions with the decisive role of current carrier. The nature and mechanism of spin-dependent processes of carrier-impurity interaction was investigated. The new physical phenomena - spin orientation of local centers induced by the processes of capturing the carriers - was discovered. The new type of signals of resonance microwave absorption in electric component of HF pole - electrodipole spin resonance associated with peculiarities of electron movement in low- dimension structures - was observed in the Si with extended defects. For the first time was described the nature of the signals of microwave respond when the system changes tostate of superconductivity, particularly dislocation induced (superlattice of PbTe-PbS). It have been studied the influence of the interaction of spin-system for free and localized electrons on the magnetic and magneto-mechanical behavior 3d solid solution. It was investigated the dynamics of paramagnetic system for new carbon materials - fullerites C60, composition C60: Er, diamond like carbon and interplay with synthesis conditions, structure and phase composition of these materials. For the first time was observed and described the effect of g-factor anisotropy in amorphous paramagnetic in thin diamond-like films.
