Essay

The process of acid formation in nitric acid technology. On the base of studying the profound principles of the each processes in their interaction to propose the technology of processing nitrous gases of different sources and composition for nitric acid. Experimental investigations of the complex of processes of acid formation on the pilot plant under pressure. The mechanism of intermediate stages of acid formation process are determined and the way of increasing the rate of limit stage is found. Kinetic principles of acid formation process in the wide range of technological parameters in NOX-HNO3-H2O-O2 system are obtained under the different composition of the components. New technologies of nitrous gases processing in vapour-oxygen conversion of ammonia and plasma chemistry for nitric acid are proposed. Partly the techniques are put into practice in industry and elaborated schemes are given to the main institute. The fields of application: enterprises of the main chemistry, nitric acid productionand the installations of exhausted toxic gases cleaning from nitrogen oxides.
