It was performed the systematic investigation of the hydrate shells of dispersed particles in aqueous medium on alterations in the chemistry of solid surfaces, its morfphology and the availability of modifiers on the surfaces. It was established cjrrelations between the chemical shift of protons of adsorbed water and the structure of its interfacial layers, as well as between the surface energy and the surface structure.
