Аdvance of heart failure associates with exuberant neurohumoral activation, which results in modification of geometry and decrease of cardiac function, remodeling of arteries. The enalapril and losartan combination is superior that isolated application of each of these drugs to improve cardiohaemodynamics and remodeling, reduce neurohumoral activation, and also refine clinical status, quality of life, and long-term prognosis.
