Research Subject: The patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. The objective: This dissertation is dedicated to problems of increasing the efficiency of treating glomerulonephritis through the study of peculiarities of pathogenetic mechanisms with consideration of the type of the organism's non-specific adaptational responses (NARO). Research methods: The peculiarities of the NARO are determined on the basis of the study of 414 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN). The peculiarities of the course of the aforesaid responses in various forms of CGN and various degrees of renal insufficiency are studied. A new direction of differential use of drug and non-drag therapy depending on the type of the organism's adaptational responses has been worked out. Results, novelty: The results of the work show that a certain type of the NARO corresponds to each form of CGN. A dose connection has been established between the type of the NARO and the state of the hormones: pressor (ARP, PGF2?), depressor (PGE1 PGE2), TxB2, cGMF, cAMF. thyrotropic and corticotropic; the immunological indices of the 1-st and 2-nd levels; the functions of kidney tubules. The share of using: Optimal method of treating the CGN with consideration of the typed of the NARO have been worked out substantiated. On the basis of the examination and treatment of the patients, practical recommendations for use in the practice of clinical therapy and renal departments are proposed.
