Slyvka S. legal problems of the lawyer professional culture.

The dissertation is the first in the home juridical science complex scientific generalization of the general theoretical bases, which make the content of the lawyer professional culture and predict the two research aspects: theoretic-legal and philosophic-legal. The definitions were made and the detailed analysis of the notion, the elements, principles and the functions of the lawyer's culture was carried out; also the influential matters upon the formation in the context of the current philosophic-legal doctrine. The professional culture, law ethics, law deontology is observed under the point of view of the philosophic categories: as a link of special, general and individual. It's completely proved that "a cultural dialogue" forms the outlook-humanistic basis for the juridical activity, cultural concepts of the law creativity, the Ukrainian National and International law interaction, that's actualized by Ukraine's entering the European Union. The dissertation carries practical meaning for the lawyer professional culture formation, its philosophic-legal comprehension for the further development of the philosophy law and the theory of state and law.
