Essay

Тhe development of theoretical bases of the quantitative analysis of disperse geterogeneous systems with use of a method of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is carried out. New physical models for analysis of systems with the various form of support and promoter clusters are developed. On the basis of physical models the new tecniques and programs for determination of a degree of surface coverage, sizes of supported clusters and surface density of the supported phase are developed.
