Orlov V. Organization-economic mechanism of management of telecommunication branch of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of generalization and solving theo-retical-methodological, methodological and practical problems of optimization of or-ganization-economic mechanism of telecommunication branch development of Ukraine. The problems and contradictions that negatively influence the telecommuni-cation branch functioning efficiency have been determined, the major guidelines of optimization of organization-economic mechanism of the branch management on the basis of coordination system have been defined and grounded. The essence and con-tent of social-economic category of coordination has been defined as the process of conformity of functional, organization, economic, social and technico-technological relations in the systems of management of telecommunication services production and as a significant constituent of the organization-economic mechanism of the branch management. The analysis and synthesis of correlation system has been real-ized. The methodological approaches to the efficiency increase of the branch func-tioning with the use of the theory of phase correlation process of reproduction of communication services. The modelling of the process of correlation for communica-tion branch enterprises in dynamics has been done. On the basis of the research made the concept regulations and technology of restructurization in the communication branch have been developed. The major results of the dissertation work have been practically implemented in the branch management and used in the process of the branch restrucrurization programme
