Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of scientific bases of forecasting of the functional characteristics of elastic power links and synthesis on this basis of operating rubber-metal elements parameters of working parts of rail underframes of a railway transport. The developed and generalized parameter expressed as the ratio of material tough product and vibration frequency to dynamic pressure is offered. It has been used at the decision of multiparametrical optimization tasks and has allowed to simplify considerably their decision. The procedure has allowed, at a stage designing of rail undeframes, to ensure rational parameters of a rubberized wheel and rubberized cord coupling power links of the tram car LT-10, shock-absorbers of an admissioned diesel engine – train DPL-1 traction and rubber-metal parameters of a bearing body shock-absorbers on the carriage diesel locomotive TE-126.
