3.This thesis present the results of the investigation of kliniсo-pathogenetic properties of current chronic hepatitis and development liver cirrhosis depending on etiology of the disease. On the basic of complex examination of 455 patients correlation between etiology, clinical course, cytokin conception of progression chronic hepatitis has been formulated, risk factorsand their importance concerning fibrogenesis activation have been determined. Diagnostic criteria of progression chronic hepatitis depending on their etiology and tests which promote the usage of native medicinal preparations differentially have been elaborated. Criteria of prognosis of interferonotherapy effectivenes of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and C have been suggesred. The using area is a medicine.
