The dissertation is devoted to current diagnostics and treatment methods of autonomic disorders in premature infants Methods of research are clinical, instrumental, statistics. The risk factors and clinical course of the autonomic dysfunction in premature born infants are obtained. The pathogenic model of autonomic dysfuction development and a classification of autonomic dysfunction in premature neonates were created. The treatment approach and treatment protocol for the autonomic dysfunction in newborn also was designed.
