Ievtukh O. Mortgage mechanism of the effective use and development of immovable property

The process of investment of the real estate; the development of the concept of the hypothecary mechanism and efficiency of its work for realization in practice of different models of an effective utilization and development of the real estate; methods of the historical analysis and logic synthesis, scientific abstraction and elemental analysis, factors and modeling; the mortgage as the mechanism of a revolution of the capital is theoretically proved and ways of rational use and development of the real estate are offered with the purpose of activization both separate subjects of the market, and the whole areas of economy; methodological development and applied recommendations can be used both on micro level, and at a level of areas of national managing; are used by Committee of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine on questions of the finance and bank activity during preparation of bills on creation of the mechanism of hypothecary investment in Ukraine, commercial bank "Zapadincombank" during the realization oflong-term crediting on the security of the real estate and by development of actions on protecting of actives; a joint-stock bank "Arcade" at an estimation and management of risks during hypothecary crediting construction and the purchase of habitation and at increase of efficiency of inhabited hypothecary crediting, during teaching subject matters.
