Essay

It was established the leading role radical forms of oxygen and nitric oxide in the initiation of cell damage, which forms the development of stochastic effects, in particular, oncogenic. It was revealed the molecular markers of initiation of cancerogenesis under the influence on the organism of chemical and radiation agents. It was demonstrated the antiradical and anticancerogenic role of flavons and melanins.
