Essay

The object of research is gastroduodenal pathology in patients under the influence of irradiation and heavy metals. The aim is to study clinical manifestations' peculiarities of gastroduodenal pathology in patients under ecologically unfavourable factors, to determine mineral blood balance changes and immune disorders and to work out methods of correction in Chernobyl liquidators and those who contact with heavy metals. Research methods are clinical, paraclinical, energo-dispersive x-ray analysis and statistic ones. For the first time there were revealed interdependent disorders of physical activity of blood minerals and immunity under ecologically unfavourable factors which cause distress-syndrome development, the method of its correction is worked out. Results obtained were introduced into the academic process of the therapeutic chairs and the work of therapeutic and gastroenterologic hospital departments of Ukraine. Application sphere is gastroenterology.
