The thesis is devoted to technological bases of the mining operation development optimizations in opencasts for perspective, current and operating planning. The analysis of oscillations of ore quality has determined the necessity to perfect quarter and week planning. The analysis of existing mining theory has revealed the unsufficient registration of technological parameters while optimizing mining operations. This has determined the purposes and problems of the research. The new information in the field of mining computer science has been obtained. They are intended for the analysis, substantiation of both technological parameter registration and metric component that are the basis of planning. The mineral-technological simulation of deposits and technological blocks has been fulfilled on ore grades. The high-speed methods of reserves count in technological blocks have been built-in in the program of planning. The technological objects and their parameters have been investigated and justified for optimization. The through system of digitization of technological objects has been presented as elementary-block mining-geometrical models of shovel working faces, advance of the operation front in mining panels and development of a opencast working zone. The elementary-blocks models allow to reflect dynamics of mining operations simply and precisely in time and space of an opencast. They are an information base of discretic optimization. The new system of discretic models of optimization for mining operations planning uses boolean controlled variables. The economic, technological and technical criteria are accepted in models for a direct set of the scheduled jobs. The rise of sensitivity of criteria of an optimality is reached by application of the least squares method. The system of technological limitations makes a base of models. The results of the investigation introduced as systems of registration, analysis and forecasting of mining operation development in ferrous and nonferrous metal opencasts.
