The dissertation is devoted to development of scientific bases of safe production technology of aviation and spacecraft structures (ASS) of polymeric composite materials (PCM). It contains theoretical and practical results including new concept of safe technology; classification, general principles and rules of technological process designing (ТП); new approach and mathematical models of biological system of operator organism and his responses to harmful and dangerous factors of PCM prod-ucts manufacture; methods and techniques of TP investigation of AST manufacturing of PCM which are, critical on industrial safety; key aspects of test safety, product operation and recycling safety. The results of work were implemented at Ukrainian and Russian enterprises.
