Essay

The object are patients with resistant to treatment internal diseases associated with a pathology of a vertebral column; the purposes are to study the mechanisms of influence of pathological changes of vertebral column and its segments on the genesis of internal organs disorders and development of resistant to drug treatment of therapeutic pathology; the methods are the clinical, instrumental, experimental, mathematical trials; the novelty - for the first time is developed the classification of the vertebral factors of therapeutic pathology, their unfavorable action on the microhaemodynamics and functional condition of internal organs is opened; results - the scheme of internal diseases associated with a pathology of a vertebral column was developed and there were presented their diagnostic criteria, it was offered effective therapeutic algorithm; the using area is medicine.
