3. The thesis provides analysis of basic problems of m anagement at bodies of the prosecu-tor's office. The place of the prosecutor's office in the mechanism of state authority is dis-covered. Development and modern status of the prosecutor's office are presented. The analysis of the prosecutor's office system characteristics, elements of management process: management functions, management relations, methods and forms of management, manage-rial acts, cycle of management at bodies of the prosecutor's office is carried out. The direc-tions of transformation of functions of the prosecutor's office and relevant structural reorganizations of the prosecutor's office system are indicated. The ways of rationalization of procedures of acceptance and execution of the management decisions, perfection of per-sonnel management, legal regulation of serving at bodies of the prosecutor's office are de-termined. The ways of maintenance of scientific organization of management at bodies of the prosecutor's office are suggested. The special attention is allocated to forms and methods of improvement of state of organization and legal regulation of management at bodies of the prosecutor's office.
