Essay

The object is glass-crystal coatings on ceramic based on system R2O-RO-B2O3-Al2O3-RO2; the aims – elaboration of science basis in creation of the polyfunctional glass-crystal coatings on ceramics with properties, which are regulated; the methods are advanced methods of multicomponent systems research as well as a number of physical and chemical analysis methods; theoretical and practical results – the concept of creation is substantiated, the technologies of glass-crystal coatings on ceramic are elaborated; novelty – the regularities of formation of glass-crystal coatings on ceramic obtained with using sytall and composite technologies in low-temperature regimes of synthesis are substantiated; new sciences data about subsolidus structure of the fields of CaO–MgO–B2O3–SiO2, CaO–Al2O3–B2O3–SiO2, CaO–ZnO–Al2O3–SiO2 system are obtained, a geometrical and topological characteristics of crystal phases are given; the mathematical models of chemical structure influence on coatings properties worked up; possibility of regulation of properties mono-, polycrystalline coatings is proved; trials - introduction under industrial conditions; the field – industrial ceramic plants.
