Essay

This dissertation was grounded the individualization ofadjuvant chemo-hormonal treatment of patients with breast cancer on the basis of in vitro determination of tumor explants sensitivity to cytostatic drugs. It was shown, that organ-keeping surgical operations are effective in the treatment of patients with breast cancer in the stage I of disease. It is necessary to conduct the subcutaneous mastectomy supplemented with endoprotesis in the treatment of patients with breast cancer in the stage ІІ. It allows to remove the form of mammary gland. It was observed that detections of expression of proteins p53, HER-2/neu and of estrogen as well as progesterone receptors are helpful for the planning of adjuvant combined therapy.
