Essay

The dissertation is aimed to solve the problems of uterine cancer (UC) treatment by criodestruction. The preoperative tumour destruction increases the five-year survival of the patients with UC treated surgically by 23,8 percent. The efficiency of the combined treatment depends on the terms of the cryotherapy. Endometrium adenocarcinoma cryodestruction 24 hours preopertively increases the five-year survival of the UC patients by 16,6 percent, while the 48 hours preoperative tumour cryodestruction doesn't give the evidence of the positive effect on the combined treatment for UC.The application of pre-radiocryodestruction of the tumour increases the five-year survival of the patients with Т12N0М0 UC treated with radiotherapy. The cryoradiotherapy is the method of choice for the patients with severe extragenital pathology of high surgical risk.
