The dissertation is devoted to the study of various variants of clinical course of acute intestinal infections in children of the first year of life under conditions of the intestinal microflora overgrowth and antibiotic therapy. For the first time it has been comprehensively investigated the state of phagocytosis, T- and B - systems of immunity, intraleucocytic microbicidal system of polymorphonuclear lencocytes in AII- shigellosis, salmonellosis, enterocolitides due to conventionally pathogenic flora in children of up to one year of age under conditions of intestinal dysbiosis and antibiotic therapy, it was created an experimental model of intestinal dysbiosis in animals (rats). It have been established the new conformities with a law of the manifestation of the perephiral blood neutrophilic leucocytes phagocytic activity and mechanisms for disturbance of organism's natural protection on this pathology in children. It was scientifically substantiated the necessity of correcting the revealed imbalance(deficiency) of the organism's immune system and of the large intestine dysbiosis with a view to increase the effectiveness of all-embacing treatment of the disease. Indications, schemes of clinical employment were elaborated and it was proved the clinical effectiveness in application of probiotics, human immunoglobulin and immuno-modulators in complex with antibiotic therapy in children of the first year of life, suffering from the intestinal infections, which take place against a background of the large intestinal dysbiosis.
