The object is the process of operationof international Futures Markets in system of global enveronment; the aim is to find out tenthe metodological and metodic aspects of the international Futures Markets activity; the methods - systematic, scientific abstactionist, analysis and senthesis, economical-mathematical, economical-statistical, graphical anl synergic, elements of fractal geometry and chaos theory; tht results: proposed the integrated concept of their becoming in Ukraine; the novelty:the economic gist and the place of international Futures Markets in the world economy were identified, the global tendencies of ther development we revealed the essence of Futures Markets, defined the place of their functioning, suggested the hypothesis of Futures Markets fractelity, improved the metodological base and obtened results are introduced in the process of improvement of legistative base, in the operation of Stock Exchange and educational processes.
