Technological preproduction is considered in the dissertation as a tree diagram of familiar engineering procedures called aircraft manufacturing procedure, which is followed by mastering, technology supplying and operation maintenance during this aircraft manufacturing procedure life. The new concept of manufacturability as triad "design-technology-throughput" has been introduced. The strict determinations of assemble ability and interchangeability concept have been given. Criteria of dependent and independent forming of size of the end section of an assemble line have been found. Here is shown that the level of production is depend on the level of triad "design-technology-throughput".
