Levchenko E. Management of the process creation of the gender policy in Ukraine (organizational and legal aspects).

This thesis is devoted to the analysis of organizational and legal fundamentals for forming process management of gender policy in Ukraine. It is the first complex problem research that provides basis for the theory of forming process management and gender policy imple-mentation. It includes the definition of the term "gender policy", shows main points, aims, tasks, principles and directions of the gender policy realization in Ukraine, defines its place in the system of public policy's branch directions; it also contains analysis of authorities of public ad-ministration bodies in the process of forming gender policy on the na-tional and local level, normative-legal, staffing, scientific-methodical, financial, informational provision of gender policy in the country; it outlines the main ways of raising management effectiveness, including those on the basis of introducing a complex approach in solving the problem, of interaction of various management agents, including gov-ernmental, non governmental andinternational organizations; it formu-lates recommendations and suggestions, directed at the improvement of organizational and legal fundamentals of management in the area under consideration.
